We had a lot of laughs last night at The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art. The event was very well attended, and Bob (cartoonist and New Yorker cartoon editor) and I talked about creating cartoons, editing cartoons, New Yorker cartoon history, and the cartoon battle of the sexes. I thoroughly enjoyed myself, as you can see. Thanks to all the folks at Mocca for putting on a great show. The event was in part a celebration of my book, and the show of my work that is hanging at the museum right now, called “Decades of Donnelly.” Its a great little museum, and well worth the visit if you like cartoons and comics! Also showing there is an exhibit of Al Jaffee and Denis Kitchen’s work.
