Has it come to this? We judge each other on how we edit our lives on Facebook? How many friends we have? It could be worse…we could judge each other on what we wear. We never do that.
For cartoonists, I venture to say that the internet is a way to feel connected, since so many of us work alone at home. And I get cartoon ideas from the internet– everything is fair game. It is part of our world, of course, so is well worth making fun of. Making fun of what it –the internet and technology–makes us do.
