Jobs and Truth

It must be very difficult to be a graduate from college right now. I feel for young people. But I have to say that I believe President Obama is doing what he can to bring unemployment down and, despite what the Romney folks say, he has made our economy better.  Look at the hand he was dealt! I am so tired of the way they keep making statements that are untruthful, hoping to drill it into the public as truth.

Next year this time, my hope is that Obama will still be our president. And I know it will be better.

Great and true and therefore sadly funny cartoon, Liza. As for Obama, my company deals in global financial data, among other things. The U.S. is seen as a beacon of stability by Europe and Romney knows it. It’s all just say-anything electioneering.

Spot-on cartoon! Being a tad bit older than your subjects, I immediately envisioned a correlating scenario: two depressed middle-aged types sitting in Starbucks, one saying to the other: “In my twenties, I could never have imagined the jobs we were no longer going to have now.”

A laugh, followed by a sigh. So many of my friends are in this situation.
