A Summertime Executive Order

This is a cartoon I did last week about the new immigration policy that President Obama enacted via Executive Order.  I like what he did, and think it is indeed “the right thing to do,” as Obama stated.   In order to stop racism and sexism in our country, we need good laws as well.

Mr. Obama has been on a roll, also issuing using Executive Privilege denying a House Committe some papers. How about an Executive Order to stop Sheldon Adelson? I know, I know–he has the right to donate millions to whomever he wants. But at what cost?  How about an Executive Order for a gallon of ice cream in every home, at all times? Is that legal? Would the GOP find that too political?

I write about it more extensively on my new column for Forbes.com, here.
