My heart goes out to the families in Newtown. Our culture is too violent in many ways, and we need to figure out how to make some changes.

Well done, Liza.
Thank you, Dena.
The question is what can be done.
We have had a war on drugs for over 20 years now. and it does nothing to stop indiviudals from getting there hands on these substances. In fact drug laws empower gangs and violance.
remember the 1920s? how about whats going on in mexico now?
do you want guns to empower gangs? does america really want gangs to have another source of income? for guns to simply be sold on the black market? so we can have more death and distruction over who gets to sell on what turf?
funny how democrates and liberals fail to realize this….. sad really. I guess in this case the elephant never forgets , and the donkey… is just a jackass.
